Technical Project Manager (Blockchain)

PureLogics is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager expert in Blockchain technology to join our team of experts who are passionate about building innovative solutions using Blockchain technology. Core to this need are:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for blockchain initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed to minimize disruptions to project timelines and objectives.

Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate communication and ensure project requirements are met.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies, leveraging best practices in agile and traditional project management frameworks.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in blockchain and cryptocurrency to inform project strategy and decision-making.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects, with at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency space.

Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, cryptographic protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps).

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as JIRA, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is desirable.
