Manager Finance

The Manager Finance with a focus on Insight and Analysis will be responsible for providing detailed insights into the financial performance of the company. This role includes identifying reasons for deviations from forecasts, offering recommendations for improvement, and supporting management with comprehensive reporting to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide detailed insights into financial performance, identifying root causes of variances and proposing corrective actions.

Collaborate with various departments to understand business drivers and financial implications.

Analyze financial results, comparing them with forecasts and budgets, and highlight key variances.

Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of different business strategies and market conditions.

Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing financial performance, trends, and forecasts for senior management.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance financial control and efficiency.

Prepare and deliver regular management reports, including financial dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA certification preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.

Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and variance analysis.

Proficiency in financial software and Oracle.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
