Business Development Manager

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Mobit Solutions. As a BDM, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the IT sector. If you are passionate about technology, have a proven track record in sales, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: (STAFF AUGMENTATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST)

Identify and engage with potential clients in the IT sector to understand their staffing needs and propose suitable solutions.

Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing our IT staff augmentation services and capabilities.

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.

Actively generate leads and expand the client base through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Monitor and track sales performance metrics, taking necessary actions to achieve or exceed targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven track record of success in IT staffing sales or business development roles.

Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and staffing practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
