The Division:
Club OS is a comprehensive sales engagement and marketing automation platform designed specifically for the fitness industry. Club OS helps manage various aspects of club operations, such as lead acquisition, follow-ups, class scheduling, and client communications.
The Position:
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform instance that supports the ClubOS (US), ASF (US), and ClubWise (UK) businesses. This includes managing user setup, creating reports and dashboards, maintaining data integrity, and providing user training and support. The Salesforce Administrator works closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance business processes and improve user productivity.
The ideal candidate will be a highly creative and self-motivated problem solver with the ability to priority set projects simultaneously. In addition, this strong communicator requires a proven ability to manage innovation, vision, and purpose to drive for results by establishing strong peer relationships.
The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islabamad resource centre office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Develop custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
Manage workflows, process builder, approval processes, and validation rules.
User Management:
Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Provide end-user training and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.
Data Management:
Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
Perform regular data audits and cleanups.
Manage data import/export processes.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Analyze data to support business decisions.
Integration and Maintenance:
Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
Manage and deploy Salesforce releases and updates.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
Proficient in data management and relational databases.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Desired Skills:
Experience in DocuSign, SalesLoft, Vonage, HubSpot, Sales Engagement, and TaskRay helpful.
Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
