Customer Relations Officer

The Customer Relations Officer is responsible for cultivating positive client interactions, delivering exceptional service, and resolving issues effectively. This role demands strong interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.

Job Description:

Handle customer calls following established procedures, ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the journey

Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, offering appropriate solutions to optimize satisfaction.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services, providing accurate information to customers.

Utilize the CRM system to document detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.

Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of products, services, and customer support processes, while adhering to quality guidelines.

Must Haves:

Minimum Bachelor’s or above

Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply

Excellent Written and Verbal English communication

Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)

Ability to handle pressure

Collaborative Mindset Customer Service Focus
