Production Support Manage

Detailed JD and responsibilities :

Project Planning and Execution:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate resources (IT, data science, business stakeholders) and manage cross-functional collaboration.

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions. Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget. Report project status to stakeholders regularly.

Data Management and Governance:

Ensure data quality, accessibility, and security throughout the project lifecycle. Implement data governance processes and comply with relevant regulations.

Collaborate with data engineers and architects to define and implement data solutions.

Technical Expertise:

Possess a strong understanding of data management principles, methodologies, and tools. Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques is a plus.

Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders across different technical and business levels. Facilitate productive meetings and effectively manage expectations.

Build strong relationships with team members and external partners.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Proactively identify and resolve challenges and roadblocks within the project.
