Executive - Export (Commercial)

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive for Export section in the Commercial department.

Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

To make a booking packing list to submit booking in the buyer/ forwarder portal after collecting the packing list from the factory.

To prepare the vessel booking & approval schedule based on total monthly orders.

Able to make export documentation for SEA/AIR/ROAD.

To make email correspondence with buyer/buying agent/freight forwarder/shipping line/C & F agent/concerned marketing official and concerned officials of Factory and head office.

To follow up and monitor all works between the export consignment dispatching and its arrival at Chittagong port.

Able to handle all logistics activities related to GSP, COO, AFTA, SAFTA, etc.

Able to make statements or reports which are assigned by the reporting senior.

Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
