Responsibilities & Context

Master data creation (Hardware, Electrical, Spare Parts & General items) & updating (related to inventory modules) in Oracle software as MDM team based on user request & shared data within the time limit.

Ensuring accuracy, completeness & uniqueness of all master data before entering them in Oracle software.

Troubleshooting various functional issues in Oracle (if applicable) from MDM perspective related to inventory modules.

Reporting to management about the results of post costing analysis along with variances, reasons and recommendations for resolving the shortcomings that are controllable.

Analyzing various reports along with presenting them in worksheet / power-point for critical & strategic business decisions by the management.

Reviewing & verifying the data accuracy and completeness of oracle based various reports along with reporting to the concerned authorities for corrective action plan if any discrepancies are identified.

Any other tasks as may be assigned by the management authority from time to time for the sake of the company or the group as a whole.
