Responsibilities & Context
Manage and control Logistic and Procurement activities of the project and responsible to support the project team in all manners relating to effective management of project logistic and procurement aspect of the project.
Fulfill reporting requirements of the organization, donors and other financial institutions.
Implement day-to-day Procurement and logistic support which accountable to NGO Forum procurement policies, procedure and requirement.
Maintain stock register regularly and prepare requisition whenever available materials are below threshold level.
Invitation quotation, CS making, including bill summary and preparing other supporting documents with bills and vouchers.
Prepare weekly, monthly and annual procurement plan.
Reporting on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure compliance with income Tax and VAT regulations, especially in terms of salary, benefits, procurement of goods and services.
Responsible for all procurement of goods and services under NGOF project on time purchasing and dispatching any material required by the project
