Senior Officer - ERP (SAP SD)
Responsibilities & Context
Liaison with business user for regular activities.
Primary support ensure of S&D users.
Document test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Liaison between the business functions and the consultants. .
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Maintain SD master data, Control all the master data management, guide to the users for SD activities.
Activities performed instructed by SD manager.
