Manager-Customs (SCM-Foreign)

We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join this team of Manager-Custom under SCM-Foreign Department for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited.

To handle bond licenses and take approvals of HS code as per Chemical industries needed and BEZA authority complied from the bond Commissionerate

To issue IP & EP from OSS with the BEZA office and official

Organize and lead the overall custom and bond function of the Company as per government compliance of the EZ & EPZ base chemical industry

Obtaining Bond license, General Bond, Annual audit schedule and related issues from the customs authority

Follow up (UD/UP) IP/EP formalities against all imports and exports for the company

Maintaining and cross-checking in-bond and ex-bond registers with the Customs Departmental record

Guide customs and commercial team with using proper H.S Code including all Machinery and new raw materials whenever imported

Follow up and Prepare PRC of Bank for customs bond audit

Communicate directly with customs house, Customs Bond Commissionarate and NBR as necessary to answer quarries tranquilly and efficiently with updated documents and manage bond customs in any irregularities and difficulties

Ensure handling of relevant documents to operations of transportation of goods and material to and from ports

Obtain and renew all licenses (e.g ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, BIN, EPB, Environment, BERC, Boiler, Factory, Fire and any other related licenses from the licensing authority

Apply and get different licenses/certificates/permits etc. from Government and Non-Government offices
