Control Center Associate

1. The Associate is responsible for ensuring the driver starts the trip job in the system.

2. Responsible for the job’s data entry in the system.

3. Monitor all vehicles to ensure they are operating according to the defined routes and aligned with open trip jobs in the system.

4. In case of a violation or problem, generate alerts and immediately inform the responsible person with detailed information about the issue.

5. Responsible for achieving transit time targets and in case of any issue during transit immediately inform the responsible person for fixing the issue.

6. Responsible for diverting routes after getting instructions from team lead tracers.

7. Ensure that vehicles adhere to the route specified in the Delivery Note.

8. Generate alerts to customers before offloading.

9. After the successful delivery of the material, he will inform to the customer to confirm the order delivery.

10. On delivery completion, he will share the maintenance status of the vehicle with the maintenance team.

11. If maintenance is required or not, he will communicate the estimated time of arrival (ETA) accordingly with the customer.

12. Responsible for monitoring and generating the violation reports. Also, control violations with the assistance of A.M. operations and Operation In-charge.

13. Responsible for maintaining reports of SOP violations set for drivers.

14. Ensure the maintenance of installed trackers under the supervision of the operation in-charge.

15. Responsible for record keeping of maintenance evidence.
