Senior Officer - MIS

Provide data to HOD, clients, and other stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.

Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile the portfolio loss ratio monthly.

Gather requirements, coordinate end-to-end development, and perform UAT for IT-related projects with all stakeholders.

Implement, administer, and provide training for all stakeholders on the mobile app, web portal, or any new project.

Provide support for all IT issues of business applications, escalate them, and maintain logs.

Arrange system IDs and business application access for new joiners.

Provide IT helpdesk support to all HID users.

Manage audits of the Health department, fulfill requirements, guide on processes, and handle queries.

Train employees on newly developed functionalities, including mobile apps, web portals, and other software.
