Responsibilities & Context
Monitoring & Supervising Air Conditioner section and working as shift in charge.
Prepare regular production report, breakdown report, repair report, wastage report etc.
Conduct development work such as training, 5S, SWOT, Skill Matrix etc. in section.
Ensuring quality & target achievement.
Verify BOM (Bill of Materials) and checking BOM Vs. Job Costing with PIP and assembly line.
Cost analysis & cost minimization of concern section.
Maintain 5S on the floor.
