Head of Learning & Development

Responsibilities & Context

Build a training culture within the organization and assess training needs as well as develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.

Organize monthly/annual training budgets and identify training needs for new and existing employees.

Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops and seminars along with utilizing a variety of instructional techniques.

Direct to design training materials, presentations, and resources to support training initiatives.

Conduct interactive training sessions for new hires and ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, participant evaluations, and performance metrics.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.

Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and frequently seek to improve.

Manage relationships with external training providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure that, training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Prepare and submit regular reports on the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives to the management.
