Manager IT

Responsibilities & Context

Develop and maintain the overall enterprise architecture framework to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of all hardware systems.

Collaborate with the Group Head of IT & ERP to develop the organization's IT infrastructure, including the installation and maintenance of standard computer equipment.

Oversee the inventory of computer hardware, laptops, printers, UPS, scanners, multimedia projectors, and various types of software and operating systems.

Develop and implement efficient inventory tracking systems to ensure timely replenishment and prevent stock outs.

Monitor and manage all existing systems, network appliances, hardware, and other IT infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance and security.

Team Leadership: Manage and lead the IT team, providing training and performance evaluations.

Security Management: Implement and enforce security policies to protect network and hardware resources.

Provide technical support to end-users on a company-wide scale, including resolving hardware and software issues and ensuring data integrity.

Develop and implement comprehensive disaster recovery plans to mitigate the impact of unforeseen disasters, unplanned power outages, and downtime.

Communicate with service providers, vendors, and organizations to negotiate contracts, procure necessary IT equipment and services, and address any issues or concerns.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software, hardware, and network configurations, procedures, and policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and opportunities for process improvement.
